Paul Child

Paul leads the Business and Tax Services Department at 3DOM.uk Accountants, bringing expertise from top firms like KPMG and Apex Group. With a first-class honours degree in Accounting and Finance and over a decade and a half of experience, he focuses on making financial management seamless and efficient for clients. Paul’s innovative approach to digital transformation has led to the development of automated tax return systems and streamlined workflows, reducing administrative burden and ensuring a faster, more accurate service delivery.

As a practising member of the Institute of Financial Accountants and a Xero specialist, Paul combines technical skill with a client-first approach and a passion for helping small businesses and start-ups achieve their goals, providing proactive, growth-oriented accounting support.

Jordanna Wakefield

Before launching 3DOM.uk, Jordanna held senior roles at Rouse Partners LLP and Shaw Gibbs, bringing extensive Payroll Bureau experience to her role as Director of Payroll Services. With over 15 years in the field, Jordanna has developed expertise in payroll compliance, statutory payments, and auto-enrolment, working with clients to streamline and optimise payroll processes.

Having managed everything from reports and payslips to handling client accounts and liaising with HMRC, Jordanna is adept at overseeing every aspect of payroll. A payroll software expert, she ensures clients receive accurate, efficient payroll support tailored to their needs. Jordanna is passionate about simplifying payroll for businesses, helping them stay compliant and focused on growth.
